This Privacy Notice and Policy addresses RMB Services, Inc.'s (RMB) practices regarding information collected through or from its website and any other means including, but not limited to, telephone, facsimile, postal mail, email, personal delivery and internet databases (both public and subscription-based). This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party. RMB may change this Privacy Notice and Policy at any time with no notice.
 
Any information provided by a user of our website is voluntary and may be used by RMB for purposes to collect a debt within legal guidelines set forth by Colorado and Federal laws. See our Terms of Conditions and Use.
 
All information submitted on the RMB website is encrypted and saved on a secured server. Clients who submit account placements via the website will have a "cookie" attached to their computer in order to ease the account placement process. RMB protects all of the information it has gathered via website or any other means on a secured server and has implemented physical, electronic and procedural security safeguards to protect against the unauthorized release or access to personal information.
 
RMB may disclose identifiable information to 1) a third party pursuant to a court order, subpoena or other form of legal process or in response to a request or on behalf of any local, state, federal or other governmental agency or departmental agency with or without a court order, subpoena or other form of legal process; 2) a third party whose sole purpose is to provide locational and/or personal information of a debtor in order to assist in the collection of a debt or the enforcement of a transaction initiated by the consumer; 3) to a third party which to verify employment and 4) to any other persons the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) legally allows.
 
While RMB may undertake efforts to see that another party to which RMB shares personal information is under a contractual obligation to use the personal information solely for the purposes of which the information was disclosed by RMB, RMB exercises only contractual control, including injunctive relief, over such parties but RMB is not responsible for their conduct, actions, omissions, information handling or dissemination practices.
 
 

This is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
